"I want to formally register my dissatisfaction with the care I received at this institute. I had an appointment for my daughter, where the medical evaluation was inadequate and the facilities were also in poor condition. Subsequently, I received a letter stating that what happened and what I reported were untrue, which I disagree with, as my report is based on what actually occurred during the appointment. I currently have an evaluation with which I disagree, and I also believe that the staff lacked the necessary handling and empathy in the situation. I would appreciate it if you would consider this report, as the experience was not satisfactory, and I believe it is important that these cases be reviewed to improve patient care."

"Twice I've been there, six years ago and again today, and I always feel that my son's health couldn't be in better hands. They are incredible, the care is wonderful. They check on him every two hours, the cleanliness is impeccable, and social workers check in every day to make sure we're okay. They keep us informed, and the pediatricians, therapists, and nurses are always attentive. It's a blessing. I don't know how to thank them enough. Thank you so much. Yuly Moncada"

"At first, they told me there were no appointments available to enroll me in the "Here I Am" program, but a few hours ago they called me to schedule my therapy sessions. They opened up their schedule quickly! It's quite a trip to get there by SITP (public transport system), but the routes are good, and it's a very nice place. The staff is very friendly. To check in, they're at the door and help you; you just go in and wait to be called. (Although the lady told me they're not always there, and sometimes you have to check in inside.) The second floor is quiet. They called me only a couple of minutes late, but they were very kind. They informed me that they would send me the results on Monday, and they did. They even called me to answer any questions I had, and they manage the other necessary appointments themselves. It's an excellent service. I admit that to schedule the appointment, I had to do a million things. I sent an email and didn't get a response. I tried through the website, by phone, or via WhatsApp, and I had no luck. I filed a complaint through the Roosevelt website, and they responded, asking for the necessary information. A friend had helped me with a complaint to the superintendent's office and escalated it twice. I don't know what worked to get me the appointment, but I got it. The staff's service is very good. They have a small parking area both inside and outside, but I don't know if the inside parking is free or if it's public. The video I posted shows the path you have to take to catch the SITP bus back home. It doesn't look dangerous because there are security guards patrolling the path with dogs. I thought the path was nice."
