"My experience with their WhatsApp support was terrible. I understand they can't guarantee results without a medical consultation, but I was shocked that they couldn't provide ANY guidance whatsoever on the outcomes of the procedures, not even statistically. They refused to give any information. I only asked for basic information to decide if it was worth proceeding with a paid consultation and taking on the risks of the surgery. The repeated response was that they "didn't know," which is quite unclear for a specialized clinic. I expected at least some preliminary guidance to make an informed decision, but they refuse to inform their clients. Very unacceptable."
