From the very beginning, every single member of staff has been kind, patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. I know I have probably tested everyone's patience at times, as I have been very particular, anxious, and worried about getting everything just right. Despite this, nobody ever made me feel like a burden, and every concern I raised was listened to with understanding and respect.
