"I was in excruciating pain due to nerve injuries on my foot. I sent an appointment request 10pm on 30th October, and on 6am I sent them an email request for urgent care because it was too painful. They promptly replied my email with an appointment on the earliest slot of 31st October. Even responded my question on estimate charges. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The front deck personnel, the nurse attending - all of them. The doctor, Fukuchi-san was very attentive and listened to all my concerns and addressed all my questions. He explained the cause of the pain and the medication he will prescribe as well as what it does. The nurses and the front desk personnel even helped to call the nearest pharmacy to confirm stock availability of the meds so it would be easy for me since my walking was limited. I don't speak any Japanese and they all spoke and understood English very well. The medicines worked and within 24hours plus I feel better. I am so grateful for their service as I was solo traveling and it was scary to experience such pain. It was also well priced in my opinion."

"We are Canadians and needed medical care. I submitted the form online requesting a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate. We were looking for a one stop shop that had doctors and services like xray, labs etc. this place did it all. I had to call them to ask a question and the person that answered spoke English. They advised a passport and medication list was needed Along with a credit card. We were out in 1 hour which included, consultation by a General Practitioner, X-ray and prescription. Cost was under $200."
