"Suddenly, out of nowhere, I felt a strong dizziness and headache, which didn't seem to go away even after 1 hour, I felt like the world was spinning around me, so I called the Vihar Street emergency room. The lady I spoke to on the phone was kind and gave me advice, then she said that if the dizziness still didn't go away, I should go down and be examined. And so it was, it was late at night by the time I was able to go down. They questioned me, examined me, and consulted me. I didn't feel any kind of treatment, no "looking at me like I was stupid", on the contrary, even I was surprised by the kindness of the doctor and her assistant. Reading the many negative comments here, it's probably her doctor's choice, but the people who treated me were very kind. It's true that there was no one in the waiting room, but I was in there for a good 20 minutes. Thank you Dr. Judit Várszegi for her kindness!"

"I wanted to make an appointment. I enter, thank you! There is no one in the waiting room! A lady in the "cage" is watching the monitor (or something else). I put my coat down, take the referral with my bag, and then go to the desk! I thank you again, the answer is some mumbling, then she announces loudly that they only accept e-referrals! I tell her that's up in the cloud too! I give her my details, name, date of birth, social security number....shit.... I say I want an appointment with doctor xy, and if she has one in the next two weeks, if not then on January 26. Shit....then she reads something... in a few minutes she announces: there are no appointments until December 15th! And for January, you can only make an appointment from December 10th! I tell her that I came in person now to ask for an appointment! Only from Dec 10th! ...? He doesn't look at me, he just types something on the keyboard.... I'll book online later, I say. I say goodbye. He doesn't look at me, he doesn't answer, he hides in the counter! 🤔 I didn't ask him to love me, just do his job.....although he can't be well if he's bored! Congratulations IMS!"

"Fast and easy email reservation, ladies at the reception talk in english on a decent level, doctors talk very good in english. Whole medical check for work from enter to leaving the building went in less than an hour. Everyone helpful and well mannered."
