"I'm from Entre Ríos, several kilometers away. I went to the emergency room on a Tuesday for a detached retina. The emergency room doctor treated me very well and told me I'd have surgery on Friday, without giving me any further information. The next day I went back to speak with the surgeon to find out what kind of surgery he would perform, the aftercare, the number of days of rest, and how many follow-up appointments I would need (because of the travel costs). I was seen again by the doctor who had seen me in the emergency room. She informed me that the surgeon would only see me on the day of the surgery. In conclusion, I decided not to have the surgery there and to have it done in my area. I think we have the right, and they have the obligation, to explain a little more."
"Honestly, getting an appointment by phone was impossible. I went in person and they assigned me one. I went back to the emergency room yesterday and on both occasions I received excellent service. I must highlight that the lady who helped me both times was from counter 7, super friendly and cordial. I have nothing but gratitude for that lady and the professionals who attended to me. Thank you all."
"I've been sending WhatsApp messages for almost two months requesting an eye exam and MRI, with the doctor's order specifying that it should be done within a maximum of three months. There's no other way to request this test for people with disabilities who can't read or write. Every week they tell me there are no appointments available in November and that messages are answered within 96 hours. Today they replied to a WhatsApp message from October 21st saying there are no more appointments. It's awful. If I've been requesting this appointment for eight weeks and the schedule never opened, how did the November and December appointments run out? Terrible service, and OSECAC doesn't give us any other option."
"This was my first time there, and my experience at reception was terrible. I checked in at the entrance screen, but I didn't realize I also had to take a number. I went over to ask because it was literally my first time there, and I didn't understand how things worked. There were two receptionists: one attending to a woman and the other free. When I approached, hoping they would tell me what to do, the receptionist spoke to me very curtly and unfriendly. She asked if I had taken a number, and when I explained that I didn't know because I had never been there before, she replied, "I didn't ask you that; I asked if you took a number. Next time, take a number and wait to be called." I completely understand that there's a system for service and appointments, but it's one thing to explain it and another to treat someone badly who's lost because they've never been there before. There was no willingness to help or speak with even a modicum of courtesy. Then she told me to use a machine without properly explaining how it worked. She just kept telling me quickly, "rest your chin and forehead on the table," without explaining anything else, and I had to keep asking because I didn't understand when it was over. Again, it was my first time having this test done. I should also mention that the doctor who saw me was excellent, very kind and professional. The doctors seem very good, but the reception staff really leaves a lot to be desired. And judging by the other reviews, it's clearly not an isolated case."
"Nice place. The attention is so slow..."
