"The doctors and nurses have been, and continue to be, friendly communicative, helpful and generally outstanding - I've no doubt the work beneath my skin was also outstanding. There's been particular efficiency throughout my operation and recovery, and the hospital is spotless and spacious. The food has been a challenge, feeling hungry most of the time. I'm not familiar with having my veganism described as series of food 'allergies', particularly in 2022. However, again credit to Dr Bader and his team, they seem to be making an effort to address this, and going out of their way to make it work."

"I recently had a keloid removal operation. This is the first time I have encountered medicine in Germany - I am new here, I am from Ukraine. And I want to say that in addition to the fact that the operation was very successful, the people here are very friendly! "I came to this hospital as an urgent case. The elderly woman on the counter said they don't have an emergency but took me in anyway. I didn't wait long. Had to fill in a form as I was a new patient. A nurse or she might be a doctor learning called me. She was very polite and started doing ultrasound on my belly. She was very professional and humane. Later on came Prof.Dr.med. F.G.Bader who helped her with the ultrasound and explained to her some things which she was learning. I felt in really good hands. I had pain and they really cared about how to help me. It was also very nice seeing the Professor explaining to her about the organs. They also explained to me everything. In the end there was no surgery needed so that was a big relief. 😃 If I could I would give them 10 stars."

"A great clinic offering all specializations. Very clean, well-organized, and everything runs smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and polite. My only recommendation: coming from Stachus/Hauptbahnhof, I entered through the parking area and couldn’t find any map indicating which specialization is located in which building or entrance. After walking around for a while, I eventually found a map (see pic), but it was quite hidden. A more visible map placed right at the front of the buildings, near the pedestrian zone, would be very helpful—especially since the clinic is spread across multiple buildings. Other than that, I’m extremely happy with my experience."

Thank you everyone from the intake nurse, the anesthesia team, my surgeon, all the other doctors and staff, and most of all to all the wonderful nurses that took care of me day and night. I am beyond grateful for your dedication, compassion, and professionalism. My German is a "baby Deutsch" level and everyone did their absolute best to make sure I understood everything and felt supported every step of the way.
