"I am using ISCARE services for multiple purposes. 1 * star review is for the sampling/laboratory services (floor #2) only (with other services I am satisfied). Please, it is clear that nobody support you on the spot with any english capability. Apparently there is english form for the tests you can order as a "self-payer", however I was provided with Czech one and NOBODY supported me in the translation. I could write more, but please avoid stressing yourself. Terrible. Please avoid and go elsewhere!"

"It’s now been a good six months since I had a minor gynecomastia removed. During the initial consultation, Dr. Hasenörlova was very honest and told me that my condition was quite normal and that surgery wasn’t strictly necessary. I insisted on having the procedure, and I’m very satisfied with the result. The operation and healing process were completely free of complications. The staff—from the reception to the nurses, etc.—speak very good German or at least English. The clinic’s standards are very high, and the price–performance ratio is more than reasonable. Many thanks to everyone involved."
"I had breast augmentation and lift surgery at this clinic in 2021. I trusted the surgeon to achieve a natural look, but the results are now three cup sizes bigger than requested, square, uneven, with downward-pointing nipples. Implants sit mostly above the nipple, leaving the lower breast flat. I have ongoing pain and even had to have a breast check because the implant placement caused a crease that my GP and I initially thought might be a lump. I contacted Iscare last year, and my concerns were dismissed, with the explanation that breasts can ‘change’ over time, but the sagging and uneven shape has not improved from before surgery and remains worse than expected. The only offer since has been a 10% discount for implant removal with another lift, which feels inadequate given the surgery has ruined my breasts. Accountability is essential in every industry, and when documented results show a procedure has failed to deliver the promised outcome, it should be taken seriously. This is a sign of a good hospital or clinic. I am now gathering medical documentation and plan to report this to the Czech Medical Chamber. Strong advice- pay the extra money and go to a reputable hospital in your own country. I advise anyone considering surgery here to carefully discuss expectations and post-operative support."
"I recently had an upper blepharoplasty at this clinic with Dr. Hasenörlova. The clinic itself is excellent — very clean, well-organized, and with transparent pricing. All the nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I was very pleased with everything and didn’t encounter anything negative or rude. Although I had expected to at least be shown the markings before the procedure, everything was done by the doctor without showing me exactly what would be removed. I hope this won’t be an issue once the bandages are removed. My healing process is going smoothly, and I will be having my stitches removed on Thursday. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic."
