"I recently had an upper blepharoplasty at this clinic with Dr. Hasenörlova. The clinic itself is excellent — very clean, well-organized, and with transparent pricing. All the nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I was very pleased with everything and didn’t encounter anything negative or rude. Although I had expected to at least be shown the markings before the procedure, everything was done by the doctor without showing me exactly what would be removed. I hope this won’t be an issue once the bandages are removed. My healing process is going smoothly, and I will be having my stitches removed on Thursday. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic."

"It’s now been a good six months since I had a minor gynecomastia removed. During the initial consultation, Dr. Hasenörlova was very honest and told me that my condition was quite normal and that surgery wasn’t strictly necessary. I insisted on having the procedure, and I’m very satisfied with the result. The operation and healing process were completely free of complications. The staff—from the reception to the nurses, etc.—speak very good German or at least English. The clinic’s standards are very high, and the price–performance ratio is more than reasonable. "I had plastic surgery (Abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction) at Iscare 2 months ago. Dr. Vatlak did a wonderful job and i was very pleased with him being my surgeon. The entire experience was great from the moment I entered the clinic. I was very nervous because I was traveling from Germany and did not see Dr. Vatlak until the day before surgery, but once I had my pre op consult I felt right at ease. The staff was also great since the first time I requested information. Mrs. Straková and Mrs Foitová were very helpful, patient and professional helping with scheduling and before and after care questions and concerns. The whole staff was very nice and attentive and the facility was also great. My surgery went well with only a small complication (seroma) which was addressed and taken care of by Dr.Vatlak. Overall, a 5 stars review to the whole Plastics department. Thank you very much!"
