"Worst hospital ever ! They have caused negligence when we went for a blood test. No proper sanitation followed and staff unresponsive to shouts for help. Also overcharged 10000 TL just for a blood test and another 7500 TL for a consultation. Absolute rip off"

"Although it looks old from outside and might need a paint job, but it's very nice, well maintained and proper on the inside!! They also have translators that you can request or call if you need one."

Their way of speaking and handling customers felt unsupportive and unhelpful, which made the visit more stressful than necessary. I hope the hospital addresses this, as the medical care itself seems fine, but the overall experience was impacted by the front-line staff."
