"Terrible service, Jaime from Patient Services Administration team of Sydney office always interrupted the conversation, not providing any guidance when customer can't sign the document, refuse to offer other people in the team to help, hung up the phone without customer consent, refused to forward call to manager for better solution, doesn't understand the urgency of your case. It has affected my procedure very badly, may make me not being able to do egg freezing service in desired time frame."

"I will provide only the facts: My egg retrieval was pushed forward by three days, from the original estimated Monday to an earlier Friday. While recovering in the clinic, I was informed my doctor had scheduled a holiday on the original date. My results were 50% fewer eggs collected than the number quoted to my GP in writing. I paid over $7,000 for the process, which covered egg freezing only (not fertilisation), further reducing the actual chance of success. I also requested a meeting to discuss this with my doctor on the original procedure date but was told she was unavailable."

"I couldn’t rave enough about City Fertility and Dr Devora Lieberman. I originally came to see Devora in 2023, since I had fallen for all of the fear mongering in the media that being 32 meant my fertility was about to fall off a cliff. However since I have PCOS and high AMH (as tested by Devora), I was instructed to come back when I was 34 as I still had time. I came back to see the team in April of this year, 2025 and had my AMH retested (still high). There was never any pressure from the team and I was given all the facts and information to make an informed decision, but decided that now was as good a time as ever to freeze my eggs. Devora and the nursing team were supportive and communicative throughout the entire process and the information given to guide me was easy to understand. Since I have PCOS, the team were extra vigilant in keeping an eye on me since I was at risk of OHSS. I spoke to the team almost daily and had bloods and ultrasounds frequently to track hormones and egg growth. The retrieval itself was seamless and the team were so empathetic. As a single 34 year old female, needing to freeze my eggs to secure my future as a Mum is quite confronting and personal, but I felt so well taken care of at the day hospital. Being in theatre with a full girl gang of medical staff definitely changed the process from a lonely one to an empowering one. I was quite nervous about the procedure overall, but the nurses and anesthesiologist put me at ease and made everything easy from sign in through to recovery. Not to mention the stellar views that I got to wake up to in my recovery room 🤣. But most of all I’m thrilled to share that I had 21 eggs retrieved, 19 mature. A huge result that I owe to Devora and her unmatched expertise."

"The doctor I saw was excellent, but the financial team was absolutely terrible. I was charged for every single visit: to get approval for a test (which had already been discussed during the first consultation and included in the initial quote), to be told that the test results were not ready, and then again to be informed that the results were negative — each time costing $300. To pay for the full course of treatment, I had to visit the clinic in person twice because their payment terminal “wasn’t working,” or I was told I couldn’t select my preferred payment method. And that wasn’t the end of it. Even after a week, I still hadn’t received my Medicare reimbursement (almost $7,000). Despite sending two emails, there was no response until I went to the clinic in person. Only then they address the issue — and tried to blame me for the fact that they had entered the wrong procedure code, which caused the reimbursement claim to be rejected. Half a year later — now, when I have no ongoing dealings with the clinic — they have set up a recurring monthly charge on my credit card, again without any explanation or response. Stay away from this place unless you have extra money to waste and don’t know what to do with it."
