"Previously I have been at a clinic in Bogenhausen and I changed as I was unhappy with their communication and team. It was the best decision. During my treatment I had four different doctors (Dr. Sr. & Junior Noss, Dr. Stoll, Dr. Arzberger) due to limited capacaties. Normally this would be negative, but all four doctors were excellent, along anesthetist Dr. Pflanz and great team of very kind and professional assistants. (the assistant team is truly exceptional) I could ask any question (directly, phone and email) the clinic and got professional replies at all times. The treatment itself went very well and I am grateful for the good job done by the Tal-Team :) Thank you so much!"

"I started treatment with Dr Mehrle I liked that he was very honest not trying to get me to book extra tests. On the contrary, He actually made me skip a bunch of tests that I thought I needed. Due to appointment options and availability I then changed to Dr Stoll. She was amazing! She literally saved my life by noticing immediately I had an ectopic pregnancy that had not been diagnosed even after weekly checkups. After the unfortunate incident I stayed with her and we did retrieval and 1 transfer, which was successful. I am so thankful for been able to hold my baby right now, feeding her as I write this review. It only took one go!"

"Did cycle monitoring and light stimulation with them, the initial impression was better than later. The good thing is, once you're in a treatment, they are offering you ultrasound and blood test appointments on a very short notice. As long as you follow the standard schedule, put your life on pause, and don't have too many questions, everything goes quite smoothly. You would often end up at a different doctor, which helps the efficiency, but has its drawbacks. They have an online system where you can view the test results and receive extra instructions from a doctor based on these tests, often on the same day, which is great. On the down side, I found that the way this system is implemented has a lot of room for improvement. I think it works quite chaotically for the patient, and my personal opinion is, that in this field this can be dangerous. It seems the doctors who are treating you don't share enough information between themselves, each time it seemed as if they had no context (my cyst became a follicle just by talking to another doctor), and sometimes some doctor said they didn't have access to other doctor's data, or something I was told before was "not there in the system, therefore not true". It is also outrageous that the receptionists were giving medical advice and trying to convince me that there is no need to talk to a doctor. I understand this helps the efficiency, but they are going too far, wrong advice was given to me several times like this! They can even write answers in the patient portal, where it looks like an instruction from the doctor (always pay attention to the author). There is also too little transparency about the process in my opinion. They didn't want to explain to us how the timeline will look like, saying that "it will be in its own time" - instead it was stressful, instructions were given last minute even if they did not need any tests or info for them, we were sometimes given contradictory information, and sometimes changing last minute. Lost time and money of last minute flights and random tests during holidays, that were then not even looked at in the end! If you go there, or anywhere, do yourself a favor and do your research, it's not a place and time to blindly trust what they tell you. And if you have any special health condition - don't count that the doctor will adjust their treatment plan to it, they will just tell you to "not worry", even if ignoring it can endanger the child. Talk to your specialist in parallel. See it as a service that you use, but don't subject yourself to it, always be 1 step ahead. I think adjusting my expectations like this would have saved me quite some stress. From what I heard about other places, that may still be not too bad option, but don't count on personalized approach. The stimulation worked for us at the third try, even though they were of the opinion that we are wasting time :) I appreciate they still let us try and were supportive there. Statistics are statistics, but in the end some of it comes down to luck. I am happy I trusted my gut feeling."

"I had the privilege and luck of being treated by Dr. U. Noss. He was kind, caring, helpful. He was open to discussing issues that I had in the past which I thought was not an option. All the nurses from the front desk to the operation room was very kind, positive and helpful. I would suggest to go to the clinic prepared though, as mentioned in the other comments as well."

"I visited Reproduktionsmedizin im Tal three times and was seen by three different doctors. What I experienced was not patient-centered reproductive medicine, but a statistics-driven, impersonal system that pushes invasive and expensive treatments far too early. From the start, I was treated like a number, not a person. Conversations revolved around success rates and standard pathways, not around my body, my history, or proper diagnostics. This is unacceptable in reproductive medicine, where patients are already vulnerable and desperate for clarity. At my first and only appointment with Dr. med. Anna Oßwald-Rein, after one blood test and one gynecological exam, I was advised to undergo laparoscopy. I was told there were only two options: laparoscopy or IVF, and that I should only return with laparoscopy results. This was during the first visit. At that point, no tube checks had been done, no cycle-phase hormone testing, no ultrasound monitoring, no karyotyping — nothing that would justify such an invasive recommendation. I almost agreed simply because I trusted the medical authority, which in hindsight is alarming. The tubal patency test later performed by Dr. med. Patrick Mehrle was physically rough and emotionally humiliating. Abrupt movements, no sensitivity, no reassurance — as if there were no patient in front of him, only a procedure to get through. The assistant was the only person showing empathy; I could see concern in her eyes. After completing further diagnostics on my own, I returned and was seen by Dr. med. Isabel Stoll. Instead of reassessing my case, I was blamed for not choosing laparoscopy or IVF earlier. Once again, everything was framed through statistics. When my husband and I asked questions — about supplements, vitamin dosages, and basic mechanisms — we were treated as if we were wasting her time. She became visibly irritated and started moving toward the door while we were still speaking. When we said we wanted to try insemination first, it was explicitly described as “wasting time,” although the clinic eventually agreed to proceed. After waiting almost an hour for insurance paperwork, IVF was included in the documents without our consent. That was the final breach of trust. Conclusion: This clinic may suit patients who want to move directly to IVF without asking questions. It is not suitable for patients who expect thorough diagnostics, respectful communication, informed consent, and individualized care. This kind of treatment is becoming common — and it should not be accepted as normal. One star for the central location and one star for one kind, attentive receptionist. Nothing else."
