IVI Lisboa (Fertility Clinic)

"I've had a great experience with Dr Tatiana and the IVI team. I had two online consults before coming to Lisbon for three weeks to do the fertility preservation (egg freezing). I felt heard when I'd bring up any concerns or had questions about my protocol. They would always call me within a few hours after I'd send a message in the online portal if I had any questions or had to notify them of something. On the day of my procedure, I felt really looked after before and during recovery the couple of hours after. While it's not an easy process, I think the IVI team definitely made things easier and the results exceeded my expectations. I would recommend!"

"Is the clinic still in operation? I went and did my first consultation last week. Have been trying and calling everyday since then to schedule the result appointment. But the call never goes through. I emailed them, and filled the form on the website. But no one ever gets back. The automatic email reply tells me to download the app and when I did it tells me to call the same number. It’s a dead end. Did it just go out of business or something? Can someone tell me what the correct number to call??? Edit: I finally was able to reach out to them with my friend’s phone. On my second appointment i already indicated that I would like to proceed, and I was counting on the front desk to help me resolve the communication problem. However, there was 0 willingness to help and the nonchalant attitude is abhorrent. I cancelled the next appointment on the spot because I can’t deal with the extra frustration from the admin incompetence to the process. Being able to communicate should be the most basic thing. And I swear I am the most considerate client one can get - I simply need to get in touch to make appointment! But the receptionist also offered no help when I told him I won’t go forward just because this communication issue is not resolved. He did not express willingness to help, or that he was sorry there was a problem, nor offer to pass the problem to someone else who might be in a better position to help. He simply said “if you wish to cancel the next appointment then I would be happy to do it for you. It’s ok. “ (????) They don’t care if you come or go. There is no evaluation on customer satisfaction. I can’t imagine going through the process with this kind of client support."

"Getting blood tests at the clinic is a big problem. A doctor's appointment doesn't take much time, unlike the queue to see the nurses The queue order is also unclear, many people can be called before you, although you are sitting and waiting in the corridor"

"The clinic’s reception service is unacceptable. Reaching the clinic by phone is extremely difficult, and the application does not function effectively for booking appointments. As a result, making an appointment is unnecessarily complicated, time-consuming, and frustrating for patients."
