The doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. The staff is also very helpful. The facilities are very nice as well. They have protocols in place other clinics don’t have."

"I underwent an egg retrieval procedure at this clinic and unfortunately had a very distressing experience on the day of surgery. Before the procedure, I was placed alone in a 6-bed recovery room and instructed to change. I was only told that “someone will come later.” There was no call bell or any way to notify staff once I started changing. Because of this, I asked several times how long I had before someone would enter, as I did not want staff walking in while I was undressed. Instead of receiving a clear answer, I was met with an annoyed and sarcastic response: “How long do you need, 20 minutes?” I said five minutes would be enough. Despite that, two nurses entered the room without warning while I was still changing. Immediately after, a male nurse also walked in without asking. This was a clear violation of my privacy and dignity. As a patient undergoing a vulnerable medical procedure, I expected basic respect and consideration. After the surgery, the situation became even more concerning. I was still weak from anesthesia and not fully recovered, yet I was pressured to get up because they needed to “clear the bed.” I was the only patient in the room. When I attempted to stand, I nearly fell because I was not physically able to move safely. Only then did staff acknowledge that I could not get up yet. The lack of respect for patient privacy before surgery and the apparent disregard for patient safety and recovery afterward were deeply disappointing. Egg freezing is already an emotionally and physically demanding process. Patients deserve professionalism, empathy, and basic standards of care. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and implements clearer privacy protocols (announcing entry, respecting change time) and safer post-anesthesia recovery procedures. No patient should feel rushed, exposed, or unsafe during such an important medical experience."
