"Patient care from HELL. The international department is a joke. They disappear, they ignore, they don't follow up when they tell they will. They have no sense of urgency and absolutely incompetent at basic care. My actual procedure was a joke, I literally had 5 different nurses come into my room within ten minutes to try to force me out. They treat women like an assembly line. Post procedure their communication is so weak, unclear. They ask you to call them, instead of calling you if they want something. Their phone operators don't work. They are an actual nightmare."

"IVI Clinic was one of the highly and most recommended IVF / Fertility Centers in Madrid when I asked around last 2023. I have visited a couple hospitals / clinics in Madrid and other countries, but it was only in IVI where we met the most amazing doctor DR. CARLOS ALONSO (Speaks both English & Spanish). He was the ONLY doctor who understands all about my pre-existing conditions (including an auto-immune disease), and was the only doctor who was able to give my husband and I the pregnancy that we have been wanting. I was impressed with our first visit with Dr. Alonso as he is really knowledgeable and was able to explain all the information, options, reasons, process in a calm, detailed, & precise manner. To be honest, it is really difficult to find a doctor like him who is both skilled and has compassion, and really patient with all my questions & doubts (I have seen at least 10 doctors). He also has good referrals and connections with other specialists in case you will need to do some further tests. He explains a lot of things with backed up research as well. And he seems always confident with his treatment plans. The price of IVF treatment may be higher than the other clinics but it is definitely worth the money and the peace of mind that it brings. And of course they have a good record of success rate as well."

I arrived at the clinic at 37 years old with a low ovarian reserve, and they made me feel hopeful from day one. Everything went according to plan, and I always felt I was in the best hands. The doctors are amazing, and I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Maria Martinez, who guided us through this process for three years while we collected and froze our embryos. The clinic was also very flexible with schedules, and they always made it easy for me to do all my tests there. I also had the opportunity to see the neonatologist Dr. Grañera at IVI Aravaca, who performed the most professional ultrasounds and followed our pregnancy until the end. He gave us all the information we needed to feel calm and confident throughout the pregnancy. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, after our first transfer we are already holding in our arms our beautiful two-month-old daughter. We feel incredibly helped and blessed.
