"Wow, I'm so impressed. In my research, I found that Dr. Cortes is likely the best plastic surgeon in Mexico City. After a video consult with him to discuss goals, I booked the procedure and my flight from the States! His kindness and communication, and hospitality truly, were incredible, far beyond what I expected. I made the trip solo, and he coordinated for me to stay the night at the clinic post-op to ensure I had good care. The later post-op care was incredible too; Arantxa, the physical therapist there, took incredible care of me, with near-daily lymphatic massages.
