"I am very satisfied with Dr. Pisec-Weihen. She truly takes her time for her patients, which is not a given these days. I particularly appreciate her holistic approach – she considers not just individual symptoms, but the entire profile, including lifestyle and family history. This makes the examinations targeted and individually tailored, which has made a big difference for me. She also explains clearly what is important and why certain steps are necessary. "I didn't feel like anyone cared about what I had to say, everything felt very rushed and I didn't get proper treatment for the price I paid. Two stars for a nice office and kind receptionists."

"I decided to go to Juvenis to cure my rosacea. A laser treatment was the first thing that was advised to me. I knew it would hurt, they also gave me anesthetic. The first time, I got checked by a doctor, who also did the laser together with the assistant. From the second time on, the laser was only done by the assistant, who during the second session apparently did something wrong while setting up the machine. Result was, that my face looked like somebody punched me and I was full of bursts. It took me 10 days to recover from it. From the third session on, the doctor joined again, since I explained that I didn’t feel fully safe only with the assistant, after what happened. Of course the laser treatment temporarily worked and improved my status, but I would not go back to that dermatologist. The fact that they send you to the assistant after the first check up with the doctor says it all, it’s not that serious. What I found out after the treatment, while visiting another dermatologist who apparently was not doing it for the money, was that this disease can be cured with creams / antibiotics and that the first thing shouldn’t be a laser treatment. This is a pity cause the reason people visit doctors is that they are not experts in the field and would want to have a global view on possible solutions. I am aware about the fact that dermatologists aren’t cheap and that laser is pricy (290€ per session), but the creams which were prescribed which can be bought only there cause they’re produced for Juvenis by a pharmacy cost 80€ minimum and do not last long: apparently it’s their secondary business.. On top of this, the welcome desk is awful: very rude and not welcoming at all. They even forgot I had an appointment once: I had to wait 1,5 hours as I got there.."

"I had an appointment here and whilst the staff were very friendly my appointment was with a beautician (doctor came in for 5 minutes). There was no diagnostic analysis and instead I was pushed toward getting laser and buying their skin care cream- which seemed to be their one size fits all approach. If you want an anti aging treatment this is the place to go, however don’t go if you have other concerns and want an appointment with a medical professional."
