"I spent 8 days in the trauma ward of this hospital, with little Hungarian language. The doctors, nurses, porters cleaners and administrators were all very friendly, helpful, attentive, kind and hard working. There is no question the health care industry in Hungary is overworked and underfunded, so don't expect to have a quick service or a Michelin Star dining experiences. That said with regards to the the important things - professionalism, dedication to patient care & after care, this hospital was expectational."

"This hospital is a joke!! No hygiene standard at all!! In a inpatient ward a nurse emptied the bed pan in the toilet and splashed the urine everywhere. Did not wiped because she is not the cleaner!!? There is no toilet paper,hand soap not for patients nor visitors. I used one of the toilet and there was no door handle!! This building rather looks like a campsite than a hospital. Unacceptable environment!! some of the staff behavior so bad they should not be around at all!"
