"IVF treatment April 2019 This Institute is a very professional and well-kept place of business. My experience with Dr. Peter Kovacs was the best service I have had from any doctors especially around this topic of infertility. When I say this, I am comparing to the infertility doctors in the United States. Dr. Peter Kovacs was able to answer my questions in less than 24 hours at times via email. He gave clear, concise and noteworthy information on the topics at hand as well as answers to questions as they came up. (You don’t get that kind of treatment where I’m from.) There was no language barrier with myself and Dr. Kovacs. The staff mainly spoke English to me which was nice and I understood what they were saying. Even though staff and I did not speak much the instructions were clear and they were all very pleasant with smiles. I would recommend these services to any friends or family as I feel it was worth it to come to Budapest for an elective treatment. I cannot say enough about Dr. Peter Kovacs. If it was not for his concerned and efficient communication I might have either wasted money or decided not to work with doctors in the US for infertility treatments altogether. I cannot thank him or his staff enough, truly."

"This clinic It's like a factory where the manager tries to convince you to buy embryos and oocyte, (selling yours to others too... telling that yours are not good enough. Money, money, money). Very bad conversation with everybody, including dr. Kovacs!! They are nice only when you have the bank card in your hand. If you care about you and your body, avoid them! I was treated like a garbage, in 10 minutes after an intervetion with anesthesia, they told me to go out. (The payment had already been made).... And don't tell them that it's your first fiv, because their interest is to make money, not you to be happy... so, the good results come after you tried fiv 2-3 times before... Money, money, money!! Also, the treatment can be bought only from a single special pharmacy , not from everywhere...again it's about money!! Nobody answered on the phone! After You Pay, Nobody Cares About You! Arrogance and indifference on your money!"

"This review is long overdue but since I was getting a treatment at this facility I didn't want to "damage" the relation with the Dr but now since it's ended I could write what I really think. Unfortunately my experience there with Dr Kovacs was really negative, he's very arrogant and self conceited, doesn't give you a chance to talk, doesn't listen, wants to force his medical opinions on you, has zero patience and tolerance and gets easily irritated which makes you feel you can't even breathe around him because he will get angry. I absolutely don't recommend this place, specially for people who will pay out of pocket, which I didn't. But I can't imagine someone pays to get treated in such a condescending manner. On the other hand and in fairness, I think the team is really good, the receptionist and nurses are really kind, polite and helpful, even if some of them can't speak English they tried to help me. That was the only positive aspect about this place really."
