"I had to do the blind check. I didn't tell a doctor about my MRI scan diagnose by the other doctor at first. The doctor at Kameda told me it's just in my mind and stress. So I revealed the facts. Then he quickly changed his opinion "That's the possibility." with the blashed face."

"Not all the staff could speak English, but there was a person that could speak English they assigned to help me out. She was very friendly and help me out in filling out the form, since it was in Japanese. The doctor also spoke English, but not very fluent. It was just a bit pricey and they made me go back to get my tests, which I could actually just get within a day in other hospitals/ clinic. Giving this hospital 3.5 out of 5 stars."

"Satisfied with this clinic. The woman who they assigned to guide me through the process of getting a pap and pelvic MRI was very helpful. She also stands in the room and translates for you during the initial consultation with the doctor. She leaves the room when the exam itself happens. The doctor was knowledgeable, however they definitely should have used more lubricant for the tests (if they used any at all for me). Like another user mentioned they make you return in 2 weeks for the results of some tests. They were very willing to give contraceptives with the doctor herself suggesting it. Nice to see in Japan. There is also a pharmacy in B1 of the same building and they are excellent. Overall, a 3.5 rating but I'll round up to a 4."

"The staff for the foreign patient customer support were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I didn’t expect English support but I appreciate it greatly. Reception staff as well as the doctors were also very friendly and attentive and made the appointment comfortable and as quick as possible."

"I had a great experience with Kameda Kyobashi Clinic as a walkin patient who need an MRI to monitor a mostly stable adenoma. The staff went to great effort to find me an appointment quickly. They were able to find a doctor to prescribe my medication and get me an appointment there as well and were highly responsive to communication. I am deeply grateful to Ms. Miwako Lindh and Tomoko Kondo (Ms) for their incredible service above and beyond what was necessary."
