"I did a health check up with Dr. Johns and was very pleased. I felt very comfortable discussing everything with her in English and I am glad to have found a friendly doctor in Berlin who I can trust. The offices are clean and modern and the staff are competent and well organised."

"Very rude. We were visiting Berling and my boyfriend who's asthmatic forgot his inhaler at home. We called to ask if we could get an emergency prescription and they all but hung up on us! Maybe the doctors are nice but they need better receptionists."

"No place and no acute help. One cannot access this if not with private insurance. Be careful with making appointments if you want to pay yourself. They also later marked in the Doctolib that I didn't come to the appointment. What a joke."

"Great doctors. Thorough and patient. I always felt like they take the time to hear and explain symptoms and procedures. I’ve been a patient for the past 4 years and felt taken care of. My main GP was Dr. Vehmeyer and she is great. Very caring, good sense of humor and really leveled with me every time. I always left the office understanding whatever my condition was and what could be done about it. Dr. Black is also amazing, for the same reasons. Very clear communicator and very kind. The reception staff is also quite friendly and kind enough to speak English every time. The praxis itself is well run. Good equipment and facilities. Nice decorations. Perfect location for me. Appointments can be made relatively fast and, of course, there’s also time in the mornings for acute patients."

"I had an appointment with a gastroenterologist at that clinic after many other clinics told me they were fully booked and not accepting new patients. Fortunately, the clinic had an available appointment within a week. I came with a very specific problem and clearly described my symptoms. The doctor seemed serious and professional at first and said everything would be checked thoroughly. She ordered several tests and an endoscopy. After the endoscopy, the doctor told me that everything looked fine. When I asked whether the endoscopy could have potentially detected the cause of my symptoms, the reason I came to see her, she said no. The severity of my symptoms was so extreme that I could barely make it to the clinic. The doctor suggested treating these symptoms with a spray intended to help reduce swallowing air. Luckily, there are other doctors in Berlin who treat patients like me and do not recommend reducing swallowing air. I would never return to this clinic."
