"If you ever had to visit the emergency department unfortunately at King’s college hospital, please do not be taken care by Dr Irfhan Khan! Dr Irfhan Khan would come to you to say “bro, what do you want me to do when a patient has terrible anxiety and hyperthyroid symptoms at6 am? You need to take a new blood test and an ultrasound test”, even without checking the previous 3 blood tests and same-day ultrasound I just did for my appendix and hyperthyroid symptoms, especially ignoring the fact I told him I was weak and lack of ion right after the surgery. I went to emergency for treatment and diagnose, not A La Carte like in a restaurant. When we mentioned we wanted to leave and go home as it was helpless. Dr Irfhan Khan was saying “boss are you satisfied now”. In my view, I feel like Dr Irfhan Khan doesn’t have much sympathy and ability to manage patients. Awful experience! Not recommended at all. 100% I won’t choose King’s Hospital ever after the current follow ups. But I really wanted to thank Dr Hesham Souke and his amazing TO team! They were professional and efficient when needed. I felt very pleased and comfortable to be looked after by them. Many Thanks Dr Hesham’s team! Dr Somaya ———the family doctor at Jumeirah branch is also very helpful and caring. I would like to extend my gratitude to her to take quick actions on my symptoms and the follow up appointment guide."

"Good hospital. Variety of spcilist there. Mostly easy to find appointment in you convenience. What I like the most that they are interacting directly with the insurance so the patient doesn't have to do paperwork. It is also kid's friendly which is something that helpful and encouraging where children go there with excitement. I didn't give 5-stars because I think that there is always a way for improving especially for reception services and appointment taking."

"The very draw back only is the emergency is slow to take action and it looks maybe they have limited staff. Emergency in many cases means it needs to be attended as quick as possible. All others services and staff are excellent , the hospitals is clean with great professionals."

"I had a very good experience in King’s college hospital. Booked my executive check up with Mr. Norlito and the process was very smooth. Mr. Raza assisted us on the day of appointment and he has been very helpful. He was very kind explaining everything to us and accompanying us around the building. Service was superb and their equipments were all nice and new. Doctors were also very accommodating and helpful, which made me feel very comfortable. They have provided free pick up and drop off to our destination and gave us a bag of goodies as well. Will definitely recommend this to other people."

"My C-section at King's College Hospital with Dr. Uloma Okwuosa was amazing! 🤩💖 This pregnancy journey wasn't easy, but I got such great care and support from the doctor. You really care about your patients as people. I feel so lucky to have been in your care. 🙏😊 Thanks for always encouraging me and patiently answering all my questions. Big thanks to Princy, Bijina, and all the OT staff – they did a fantastic job, and my baby and I got excellent care in the operating room! 👶👩‍⚕️ And a special shout-out to all the nurses on the 6th floor, especially Mrs .Saranya and Remya, who tried their best to help me with breastfeeding. 🤱🌟 I totally recommend Dr. Uloma and King's College Hospital London! 👍🏥- Jincy shine John"
