"One of the worst experiences we've ever had. My father’s stay at Ottakring Spital was marked by cold, unprofessional care. One of the attending doctors was extremely rude, disrespectful, impatient, and visibly irritated when we asked for health updates. As a family in distress, we felt dismissed and disrespected. Deeply disappointed in the lack of compassion and communication."

"I visited the emergency pavilion 80 and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional care I received. The staff was beyond kind and attentive, and both the nurses and doctors were thorough in their approach. They conducted multiple tests and ensured everything was checked before discharging me. Despite the complexity of my case, which required a long day (7 hours), they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout. The facilities were spotless and in excellent condition, reflecting the clinic’s high standards. I am truly in awe of the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of the entire team. "Extremely disappointing experience with the reception staff at the gynecology department at Klinik Ottakring. I have been suffering with complications and pain for months after my surgery, and when I politely asked if the receptionist could speak in English, her response was rude and dismissive. She told me, “You can speak German, tell me what the problem is,” despite me explaining that I only recently completed A1 German and was struggling to explain a medical situation properly. Not only was there no empathy or guidance, but the entire interaction made an already stressful medical situation even more overwhelming. Patients and their families deserve basic kindness, patience, and communication — especially when dealing with health concerns and language barriers. Very upsetting experience."
