"I completed the KPP (Comprehensive Preventive Examination) program at the Malvazinky clinic for CZK 19,000. I went there purely as a preventive measure, without any specific health problems, rather on my own initiative and interest in prevention. The program included examinations at several departments: cardiology, neurology, physiotherapy, ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, blood tests, urine and stool analysis, chest X-ray, surgery, and an initial/final consultation with a doctor. What was of real value to me was the cardiology and SONO examination - very detailed, professional, including an echo and stress spirometry. I found this part really beneficial. The rest of the examination seemed rather routine. Typically, it was short interviews like: "Hello, do you have any problems?" - 10-20 minutes and that's it. The time/appetite for a deeper conversation or a more personal approach was minimal. Overall, the program seemed to me to be quite a "business product" - few doctors, many patients, little time. If you are already actively interested in your health = you measure your blood pressure at home, use a smartwatch or Oura ring, follow trends in longevity and biohacking, then most of the information will probably not surprise you. In short, if you are looking for a basic, quick overview of your health status (about which you do not have much information), KPP will be a good starting point and I can recommend the program. However, if you expect deeper personalized care, modern approaches and work with more detailed data, I am not sure that you will be satisfied for this price. 3.5/5"

"I highly recommend this clinic. I had hip replacement surgery in August 2022 and spent 3 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center. I received the best care and attention. Because I did not speak Czech, I was given a translator who accompanied me to doctor's appointments and rehabilitation. Today, 9 months later, I have no pain and have recovered fully. I am most appreciative!"
