"Very disappointing experience. I felt like I was dealing with a system rather than people. While I understand the need for procedures and legal responsibilities, there seemed to be little empathy, communication, or consideration for the human impact of those processes. What was expected to be an emergency consultation turned into nearly a week of uncertainty in a difficult environment. Much of the delay appeared to be administrative, and despite extensive checks, no issues were ultimately found. Being in a foreign country with limited information made the experience even more stressful. My biggest concern is not that procedures were followed, but that they were followed with little explanation, transparency, or compassion. Patients deserve to be treated as people, not simply as cases moving through a system. I hope the hospital improves its communication and patient-centered approach."

"MUDr.I.Žukov is one of the prominent experts in psychiatry and expert witness. He has extensive publishing and lecturing activities and has collaborated with capacities such as prof. Ptáček, where there was a joint effort to create rules for proper expert opinions, which was thwarted by someone. It is surprising when procedures appear that are not in accordance with his expertise. It is publicly stated that he has a high number of commissioned expert opinions - 75, but the processing is minimal, this year 1. What is striking is that the ones he has prepared are close to the number of processing for the court in the LBC, and the result in these cases is a limitation of their legality for everyone. In my case, the conditions for initiating proceedings were not met - legally, evidentially or diagnostically, as MUDr. Žukov himself states in his publications. It should be added that the judge in the case also reports a significant discrepancy. Nevertheless, Zhukov sent me an invitation that was supposed to be an expert examination, but it did not contain the legal requirements, including a reference to a valid court decision and legal framework. It was presented as a mere psychiatric examination in a hospital. There are many illegal acts and mistakes and others surrounding my case. My mobile ex has already tried to create a similar situation in the past. Such a mistake cannot be considered accidental for an expert of his stature. Many defects are not a sign of coincidence. The situation raises the question of whether he is being abused precisely for his authority, and whether his high queue of opinions and minimum clearance are not related? My legally insignificant case "overtook" 43 opinions. The question is whether, when someone apparently had an additional plan to "treat" me under the supervision of a guardian, whether he, as the head physician, is not being abused in this as well, and whether there are such "erroneously" hospitalized patients in his department, perhaps even on Tržický's report? I express respect for the expertise of MUDr. Žukov, but also serious doubts about whether someone is not abusing his high expertise through pressure. On the contrary, he would certainly send me an invitation with a clear legal framework and transparency and would probably never be able to agree to the examination with such visibly fabricated professionally empty legally strange documents, which for a specialist must be a warning to the suspicion of abuse of the institute of limitation of one's legality. I believe that such a personality does not need to send such a professionally compromising invitation to himself. The hospital management should check whether it has "difficult" patients connected to the local region who do not belong there. The condition is reported and documented."
