"I didnt want to give this one star also but This one star is for the hebamme who was super nice to me. Although for the receptionist at the registration room 2 you are the worst. I had an appointment for registration today and i think, the girl on the fourth floor at the second registration room has some serious problems with the pregnant women. My appointment was at 9:40a.m and i arrived at 9:20. I waited and waited because that room was empty and another room was busy. I was there after two couples so they went inside and took time. The second room was empty I dont know how long. I thought someone might have to go to washroom or grab some drink and i totally understand. I was not in hurry. This girl came to me and shouted as if it was my fault to wait. Till that was fine, she asked me to fill the form and she was so rude and heartless i can't explain. If you can't do your job and bring your personal problems in your professional life it's better to quit the job. i am an immigrant but i speak good german. I was talking in German with her, it was not language barrier but the main problem is that, what i think, she thinks she has this authority to be racist. I came back to ask few questions, this lady was not busy, she was just roaming around and she shouted to me in front of all the people who were sitting there and i think it is completely unprofessional. I don't want to say anything but just wanna remind you( the lady) be human, what behavior you showed me today is not humanly. If you hate the people or your job, just change it, but dont take out your frustration to the highly pregnant women who are already having lots of issues during pregnancy. I didnt quarrel, i wanted to explain its not the way and she blackmailed me saying she can cancel my registration. i dare you, if you can cancel it, just do it. Shame on you!"

"Absolutely recommend, i was on station #34, really nice nurses, helped a lot, one of nurse even hold my 2 weeks baby and let me eat breakfast, super süß, almost everyone speaks English, they checked my baby during whole day and night. Gave me a lot of tips. They have everything for baby, so no stress. Only one thing that weighing scale I guess was broken, 1 day before it showed 3500 , next day 3700 and after 10 minutes 3860...we weighted my baby also before and after breast feeding and again weighing scale showed us some magic....so, i was little freaked out, because i explain this for each nurse again and again and again Perhaps if not this i may go home 1 day earlier. Btw I visited gynecologist. First of all doctor talked with me, asked about everything such as allergy, previous diseases etc and also visited me to inform about changing of appointment. As a result operation wasn’t needed, so i was super happy. Finally just want say thank you this clinik, everyone is polite, patient and it’s clear that doctors and nurses love their job."

"I gave birth on May 9th and I was a wonderful service, they were very attentive, compassionate and patient with me. I don't speak German but English/Spanish and I got very lucky for having a doctor who spoke to me during labor in Spanish or/ English. They were very sweet and professional, all the team helped me to have a very good experience having my first child ❤️"

"Our second daughter was born in Dritter Orden via a planned c-section. The whole journey - planning, preparation, surgery and postpartum care - ran quite smoothly. My wife is a very challenging patient painwise and with several medical complications, but the medical staff, both in the Kinderklinik and the Erwachsenerklinik, handled all very well with very few exceptions (e.g. the room was not very clean, there was a bit of chaos on Monday which is normal for Mondays I guess). The baby was also excellently taken care of. All in all Dritter Orden possesses top tier medical experts with huge hearts who truly care about their patients!"

"I had a scheduled C-section planned for Tuesday but ended up having it on Monday due to complications. Overall, my experience was very positive, especially the C-section itself. It wasn't my original plan, but everyone involved showed so much respect and empathy throughout. I was really scared, but the nurses in the operating room walked me through every step. My husband was then allowed to come in, and the whole experience was wonderful. the only difficult part was when the medication wore off. Afterwards, I was transferred from Station 40 to Station 11, where we were lucky enough to get a family room for three days. My only complaint would be the breakfast: you're given a list to choose from for each day of your stay, but you almost never get what you actually ordered"
