"I am very sorry but our visit was so unprofasionable and unwelcome, we came for a quick check up and ended up getting pushed for more then 6 houts for nothing, we understand the language barier but we still do not understand why did they not let us leave after more then 3 hours from our request.....then again the doctors were nice just the handeling was so bad..."
"My wife has been treated in one of the hospital's departments for years now and the expertise as well as thoroughness of the doctors and staff is outstanding. Recently she had to have a surgery in a different department and we had the same experience there. Incredibly competent doctors as well as very caring staff. They found and treated a condition which an independent doctor didn't find and thus likely saved her from massive problems later on. Yes, sometimes there are waiting times to accommodate for emergencies. Yes, the staff can be under incredible stress. That makes the level of care and professionalism we continue to receive amazing to me. Thank you for your great, humane work, to all the staff."
