"This is my first visit here, accompanying my mother for her knee treatment. We had a positive experience overall, with no significant waiting time as mentioned in previous reviews. However, it's worth noting that parking fees are quite high, which is to be expected in the Kuala Lumpur area."

"I had a mpMRI procedure done this morning on my pelvic area. While the staff were generally very professional and proficient before, during and after the procedure, what I found most discomforting was how one staff treated the insertion and removal of the anal catheter (with only the briefest explanation of wanting to removing rectal gas, which I can understand). What she did not explain was that she applied a generous amount of lubricating gel (which I can also understand). At the very least, just do a brief wipe off with some tissues so that the undergarments is at least wearable (to some extent). Failing this, I would have expected this to have been included in the initial notification of things to do or expect prior to the procedure. After the procedure, I felt the gel spilling all over my undergarment. Obviously, had I been warned about this, I would have brought a change. As it was, it will just fortuitous that my pants was not the type or materials that stands out when wet. That would have been very embarrassing indeed."

"First timers be ready to find this place abit hard to identify as the signs are quite elusive especially getting to the front lobby to drop off your immobile elderly or patient. The lobby can be accessed after driving past the buildings and make a sharp left turn and after about 50m, make another sharp left turn a d beware of the narrow ramp (there is a video I made to guide first timers). Once at the main lobby, Reception of KLSCM is at Level 1. Do note that there are no indication or directory inside the lift. There are 3 basement level for parking, but it's really limited. And for wheelchair access, there's no ramp from parking to basement lift so expect a lil push at the door to carpark lift. The clinic do provide wheelchairs. Not sure if they offer lobby pick up services but no harm asking. Service and staff exceptionally professional a d my mum got diagnosed and treated for her knee ache immediately. Appointment at 930am, with XRay and Injections done by 1030am. I am really impressed. Dr. Tay comes highly recommended. We came at a low traffic period. Be warned if those coming on normal working hours/days. This area can be really busy and congested. Nearest MRT is Damansara which is 5 to 10mins walking distance. Get well soon everyone! I bet you can with the care you get from KLSCM."

I have always been quite traumatised about post-surgery pain, but with your exceptional skill and gentle touch, the discomfort was minimal compared to my previous experience. The Ward 3 nurses were truly outstanding—caring, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout my admission.
