The administrative service was especially frustrating. The staff in the administration seemed uncoordinated, slow, and often indifferent to the needs and concerns of patients. It was difficult to get clear answers about procedures, and the billing process was confusing and lacked transparency. In terms of medical care, there were significant delays, and it felt like the facility was understaffed. Communication between the medical staff and patients was poor, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. Despite the hospital's reputation, the level of professionalism and attention to patient care did not meet the standards expected of an international hospital. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking prompt and efficient care, especially for serious medical conditions."

"The worst experience ever. The emergency supervisor fatima ezzahra is very unprofessional, she gives feedbacks to the staffs in front of the patients and she yells at everyone. It’s the shame to have people like her working with cancer patients, where they have to be kind hearted and helpful. My father suffered while being hospitalized in there. We have been through alot in there, they care about the money more than the comfort of the patients. I would never recommend it to anyone. To those who wanna try their luck in there, keep your expectations very low so you won’t be shocked!!!"
