"I see many bad reviews of this Vision Colombia Ophthalmology Clinic, which provides TERRIBLE SERVICE, with a poorly qualified and unprofessional staff who treat the public and patients with little respect, especially the elderly. My case dates back to April 2025, and I've been fighting to get three delicate and urgent eye procedures (and to this day, I don't know how far along they've been). The staff at the office on Calle 134, 4th floor, are completely inhumane, refusing to answer phones or WhatsApp messages and sending patients from one place to another due to their own and Sanitas's errors. I'm still waiting for a biopsy, a malignant tumor resection, and a lacrimal duct lavage. After more than 20 trips to that office, where Andrea and Ingrid provide such begrudging service, on April 13th they informed me that everything was properly authorized and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, April 14th. Attending that appointment was a complete waste of time due to internal confusion between the upstairs and downstairs staff, and a mix-up with the attending physician. After a lengthy admission, being under anesthesia, and almost two hours later, they performed absolutely no procedure. That same Tuesday, they gave me instructions and a new order, which again revealed internal confusion, as I received a call informing me of something different and requesting authorization again (I have already requested authorization seven times for the same thing). This clinic's lack of respect and professionalism, with such poorly qualified staff unable to perform their duties correctly and in an organized manner, is unacceptable."

"How is it possible that a health center ignores what its patients have been saying for so long? The website lists three different phone numbers for scheduling appointments, and ALL of them go to voicemail. It's disrespectful."

"I would give it zero stars if I could. I've been trying to schedule an important and urgent surgery for two months, and the service is nonexistent. In person, they tell me they "can't answer all the messages" and send me to call the same numbers where no one ever answers. Today, after a 30-minute wait, they finally answered only to hang up on me. If the administrative disarray is this bad, what safety can a patient have in the operating room? It's a complete lack of respect for human life. I've already escalated the case to the Superintendency of Health. Don't be fooled."
