"The practice itself is very welcoming and beautiful. The doctor and Sabine are also very friendly and helpful. However, I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of my treatment and the promise of significant positive results. I had my malar bags treated with the Endolift – a two-hour drive overnight from Vienna, costing approximately €2900 and wasting two weeks of vacation for nothing. On the contrary, the overall appearance has unfortunately worsened. I am very disappointed. The treatment was eight months ago – I deliberately waited because I was told it could take up to six months for the final result to become visible. Unfortunately, this treatment was a complete failure. 😟😔"

"I was a patient at this practice for years and underwent many painful and expensive laser treatments. Initially, the staff was friendly and dedicated, and Ms. Hofmann was always available. However, this friendliness only lasted as long as you were financially valuable. Because as soon as it became clear that only a few minor follow-up treatments were needed—meaning there was no longer much profit to be made and she wasn't quite so lucrative—everything went quiet. Very quiet. Ms. Hofmann promised me a call back that never came. Several attempts to contact her by phone, voicemail, and WhatsApp went unanswered. Simply ignored. No cancellation, no feedback, nothing at all. Apparently, the concept is simple: friendliness until the last payment—then silence. An honest word, a cancellation, or at least a reply would have sufficed. Instead, radio silence and the clear signal that I, as a patient, was no longer of any value to them. A good impression at the beginning, which then ends like with a bad budget provider. ... My conclusion: Anyone who wants genuine care – even beyond the last penny – should think carefully about where they go. Many can smile politely. But the decency to remain honest and reliable when the money isn't the main draw – that's apparently not a given everywhere. It's like the motto: If you don't bring in any revenue, you're no longer needed. Here, it's not the person who counts, but their market value. I really thought patient loyalty meant something – my mistake! I warn everyone not to be fooled by the friendly facade. As long as you bring in a lot of money, you're welcome. After that, you're ignored and dropped. To me, that has nothing to do with respect or professionalism."
