"While I agree with most reviews that the nurses are friendly , the clinic is efficiently organised, I will only put 3 stars based on my experience with the receptionist lady. I came with an appointment for 3rd booster vaccination shot. There was a document attached in the email but I did not read it carefully so I didn’t know I had to print one. So when she asked for me in German for the document, I told her that I don’t have it. I kindly asked for one from her because I saw on her desk a pile of printed documents . She yelled at me :” we must pay for this” and gave me one. This lady was rude and disrespectful for English-speaking patients. You don’t need to yell at someone for not printing one piece of paper…."

"I woke up at 6 to be there at 8.00 as per time they have conformed, when I came at 7.50, there were already 10 people in a line who had an appointment confirmed also at 8.00. I couldn‘t wait and had to leave after 10 minutes as the line was moving slow. Just waisted my time."

"This clinic and all its offices are a mess. +3 hours waiting for a control appointment every time I went. The day of the surgery they even had clarity about my surgery. They claim english spoken personal but it's not true, you are lucky if you get someone speaks you in english. I really don't get how this kind of service can have above 4 stars. Update: when I went to the drugstore to claim my medication, they forgot to put in my social security card..."
