"Highly recommended! I had prostate surgery at the end of March 2026 and a three-day stay at the clinic. Everything went perfectly from the first day to the last. The pre-operative examinations were highly professional and extremely thorough. Everything was explained to me in detail, which gave me a sense of security. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the nursing staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and always took the time to address all my concerns. I felt completely comfortable and optimally cared for. You can tell that the working atmosphere here must be excellent because all the staff members were in good spirits and incredibly friendly. This also reflects the excellent management of the clinic. Kudos! The food (choice of menu) was very good. I was operated on by Dr. Sunjara, and I would also like to express my highest praise and gratitude to him. I consulted with several doctors beforehand, but none of them provided me with such good, detailed, and professional information in the lead-up to the surgery. Dr. Sunjara was able to secure a surgery date for me within a week! I traveled all the way from Vienna to have the surgery performed by him. The preparation and care were truly perfect. I felt very safe, and the surgery went absolutely flawlessly. Now, two weeks after the operation, I feel fantastic. All in all, top-notch work, highly recommended."

"I'm surprised by the many positive reviews here. I accompanied my wife to the outpatient clinic for her eye surgery. The underground parking garage is free, but it's a real ordeal with a larger vehicle. The route from the garage through the back entrance to the clinic is almost Balkan-style. The reception at the outpatient clinic is quite peculiar: You shuffle along a narrow corridor and receive initial information before being sent to the next waiting room. Then a nurse came and sent us to yet another waiting room. Then... nothing. Waiting. No one was seen. Only when I spoke to someone did things suddenly start moving again. The care provided by the ophthalmologist was generally okay, but after the surgery, my wife was simply left in a storage room-like space. No one asked how she was feeling or offered her water. The snack that was so prominently advertised in the brochure never materialized. After half an hour, a nursing team arrived, but communication was largely hampered by the language barrier. Considering the amount our private health insurance pays, it's all quite unacceptable."

"I was referred by Dr. Sunjara for prostate surgery (HoLEP). The procedure went very well. Dr. Sunjara was very attentive and visited me several times. Thank you to Dr. Sunjara and the surgical team. A spacious double room with a large bathroom made the 3.5-day stay comfortable. (The fact that the safes weren't working wasn't a problem.) The nursing staff and doctors were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. And the meals were plentiful, varied, and excellent. The afternoon coffee and cake (with Krampus on December 5th) was a pleasant surprise. High praise for the kitchen. Overall, despite the surgery, it was a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! "I had mixed feelings about my stay at the Leech Private Clinic. On the positive side: The surgical team and the surgeon were truly excellent, incredibly friendly, and highly competent. Ultimately, only the positive outcome matters. From that perspective, I can definitely recommend the clinic. I also found the food to be good and varied. On the negative side: I certainly don't want to criticize all the hospital staff, but there were a few nurses and doctors who didn't make a very positive impression. Some people came into the room without even introducing themselves. I never really knew who was examining me or why. The entire admission process also seemed somewhat rushed and disorganized. It gave the impression that one hand didn't know what the other was doing. However, the most negative experience I had during my short stay was that a nurse repeatedly took out his cell phone and texted while he was doing something in our room. Even during a very emotional moment for me, I had to wait until the man had finished writing his text message before I received any information about the next steps. In this upsetting moment, I would have appreciated a bit more empathy and professionalism."
