"My daughter has been trying to get my ECG results from my ER visit for weeks to pass on to my doctor. She helped me fill in a form, I signed and submitted with my id. This hospital refuses to release the results. They are withholding my test results and demanding certified ids, witnesses and want to charge a fee. They don't care about patients or wellbeing, just money. Rather go to a more reasonable hospital."

"My dad is currently at Life Kingsbury and so far the care he has received has been pathetic. My dad has been there for over a month now and it’s not the first time at this hospital and also not the first time we’ve had a bad experience but this time it’s been by far the worst. He was in ICU after an operation and his health and wellbeing deteriorated very quickly which could have been prevented. We raised a complaint with the Unit Manager and wrote an email which we still didn’t get a reply to even after running into the Unit manager at the hospital and reminding her of the mail. Things got a bit better but only because we had to keep an eye and make sure he was getting the right care. He was moved recently to a different floor and now we are back to square one with regards to care. He needs assistance to eat and when we go visit the food still sits there uncovered and cold from lunch time. He needs nutrition to assist in building up muscle again since he’s been in there for so long. He has now developed a bedsore which could have also been prevented if staff was doing what they are there to do. This is unacceptable from a private hospital. We pay when bills come but not getting the service and to see your father suffering like this due to incompetence is just sad. Whoever is in charge of this hospital really need to check what’s going on here"

"Every employee was super polite and highly competent, starting with the administrative clerk, the nursing team, and the doctors. The same applies to "outsourced services", such as the security guards, the kitchen team, the cleaners and the Dulce cafeteria staff. A special shout-out to each midwife and nurse in the unit, as well as Dr Sonntag. One should not forget the sacrifice these ladies make to be there for us in the middle of the night, over weekends, public holidays etc. The multidisciplinary team ran like a well-oiled machine. We really appreciate the world-class care we have received."

"I had my C-section with my baby boy in June 2025, and it was genuinely the best experience I could have hoped for. My OBGYN, the anaesthetist, and every staff member were incredibly kind and supportive from start to finish. The food was great, the service was amazing, and they checked on me so often that I always felt truly cared for. My back used to get very sore if I stood for too long, so I couldn’t get out of bed or stand long enough to change my son and the nurses stepped in and helped me every single time without ever making me feel like a burden. They looked after both me and my baby boy with so much patience, gentleness, and respect. I’m honestly so grateful for the care we received"

"All staff at the maternity ward were friendly and put my mind at ease. However, Nurse Erika Booysen truly stood out. She assisted me with exceptional care, always polite, gentle, and motherly in her approach. She was willing to guide and advise me at all times, which greatly reduced my pain and stress. Her constant support and reassurance made a significant difference in my experience."
