"Incredible caring staff. Sister Gloria and nurse Rachi who i'm not duty were incredibly caring and their attention to me was way above average infected was excellent. The surgeon Dr Welsh Also must be one of the best in the world. Everything in the hospital is first class write down to the food. I cannot praise this wonderful hospital enough. Thank you for your wonderful care and Attention"
"Dr Agnus Evans and Dr Lesego Ndhlovu made my daughter's experience at Vincent Pallotti the best by far. These two doctors I will recommend to anyone who requires there services. Knowledgeable, the most patient two I could ever ask for. The hospital staff and even cleaners of this hospital really live up to the standards V P Hospital stands for.... Our expectations have been met and exceeded. We'll done to all but especially to the Dr's Ndhlovu and Dr Evans"
"The hospital is not what I thought it would be. I brought my baby to the er the dr said he will be admitted. We firstly waited 4 hours to get to the ward. Eventually when we got to the ward the majority was student nurses, that could not properly explain the process and what could be expected. The following morning. My son only got his breakfast around 10am after I requested to speak to a manager. His lunch was served at around 3pm also after I had to ask for his lunch. It is currently 18:30 in the evening and he still didnt get supper. When I asked about it, I was told his menu was lost and that they will try and sort it for me. The cleaners only comes around once everyday, we should ask for clean towels otherwise we dont get. There is no wifi and the room i am currently in I need to share with another patient, the toilet is straight opposite her bed so everytime I need to use the toilet I must go into her space. Nursing staff is very relaxed, only comes when its time for medication or when you call them. There is one student nurses that has been very kind, caring and supportive throughout our stay [Tiffany Moosajie] thank you for the love and support."
"I’m extremely disappointed at a frontline staff member, a Mr Esau who is sitting at the front desk at the emergency unit today, 25 February 2026. I walked into the emergency unit at 17:10, unwell and stood infront of his desk waiting to get his attention as he was typing on his laptop. A few minutes later, he looks up at me and gives me a funny look. I obviously greeted and he does not greet back and looked down again, continuing with whatever he was busy with. I stood infront of his desk for a while and eventually moved to find a seat. As I was sitting, he kept on looking at my direction and give me a few quick eye brow raises. There’s no exchange of words. I’m here because I’m unwell. I expect to be offered assistance. I do not know understand why staff would be seated in the frontline offices if they are not of any value to patients. I challenge the hospital to check this experience on cctv footage. It’s disgusting. I’m not sure what to make of this horrible experience. This is not my first time here and I’ve never received such unpleasant service. This man does not deserve to be in the healthcare sector."
"Vincent Pallotti Hospital in Pinelands offers an impressive experience from the moment you arrive. The facilities feel truly state-of-the-art, with modern equipment, well-designed wards, and a layout that makes navigating the hospital easy and stress-free. Security is tight and reassuring, with controlled access points and attentive personnel ensuring that patients and visitors feel safe at all times. Cleanliness stands out as a major strength—floors, rooms, and common areas are consistently spotless, contributing to a calm and hygienic environment. The staff are friendly, patient, and professional, always willing to assist and explain procedures clearly. Their warm approach helps ease anxiety, whether you’re there for a routine appointment or a more serious medical need. Parking is another highlight. There is generally sufficient space, and the parking areas are well-marked and conveniently located, which makes arrivals and departures smooth. Overall, Vincent Pallotti Hospital provides a highly positive healthcare experience, combining excellent facilities with genuine care and efficiency."
