"I have been visitng this place for more than 6 years and the waiting time is just getting longer and longer. For the past 2 years, I had to literally spend the whole day to do medical check up. I could see people who came after me leaving before me and I just had to wait and wait. I made an appointment at 930am, that's the time they offered to me but I was only attended to at 10.15am. Then why have the appointment time? I did asked while making the appointment if I can come at 8am and I was told I had to wait and I can only be attended to at the appointment time. Then why making me to wait longerr? Everytime asked for reports, nurse mentioned its not ready, I did the test at 10.45am and at 5pm reports not ready yet? Only reasons are given by the staff i.e queue is long and many patients. Even the staff started to leave (retiring for the day) and I'm still waiting for my turn. I came at 9.30am and at 5pm, my reports are still not ready. Once ready and I need to wait another 30min to see Doctor. Nurse asked if I want to wait to see Doctor today or come another day. To do annual medical test, I need to make myself available for 2 days!!! I insisted to see Doctor today and end up waiting until 6pm. 9.30am to 6pm that's not acceptable. Totally fed up. Very disappointing. Next year, I'm not visiting this place again."

"LifeCare Bangsar South is an excellent all-in-one diagnostic center. Everything is centralized in one place, the process is fast, and the workflow is efficient, so you don’t waste time. The doctors are highly skilled and communicative, making you feel informed and well taken care of. A professional, efficient, and highly recommended spot for medical check-ups or any diagnostic needs."

"Was very sceptical but no choice as its the designated place to do medical check ups. Read the reviews prior arriving so, no high expectations. We arrived at 7.40am and left the building at 10.30am after doing the blood test & interview with the doc. Overall, the entire process is ok and breeze.and simple. Comfy lounge ( i even managed to catch a forty wink for 30mins) and it was not ultra cold. Staffs were all friendly and approachable. Toilet very clean !"

"I did my medical check-up here for a work visa on a weekend, and the whole process took only about 2 hours. Everything was very smooth, from registration at the counter to moving between levels for X-ray, blood taking, and doctor consultation. The workflow was efficient and well-organised. All staff were well-trained, professional, and helpful throughout the process. A big plus is that I could fully access my medical report through their app, which was very convenient. Overall, a hassle-free and pleasant experience."

"We visited **Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre Bangsar** for a medical examination for my whole family. The facility is really massive. From the front desk to the doctor consultation, everything went very smoothly and the staff were courteous. The waiting area stole my heart ❤️ — it’s much better than many hotel lounges. I am very satisfied with the services."
