"We picked this place because it was recommended as the best Spa place in Portugal. I would say we already saw better places in Lisbon, but still it's a good place to relax. Maybe still a bit overpriced for the hydro water treatment."

"Myself and my partner visited for the 2 hour Hydrotherapy session over Christmas. From the moment we arrived, the staff were polite and friendly. The spa had a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, it was spotless and smelt lovely. The hydrotherapy experience was amazing with lots of different features to try, and thanks to the small numbers per session it felt very exclusive. It was just what we needed after a busy stressful day in the city! I would 100% recommend this spa."

"The spa experience was quite enjoyable and I think it has the potential to be really good. However the staff could be a bit more welcoming and enthusiastic. The actual spa ended up being disappointing with the jacuzzi being 'out of service' probably about an hour before the final session ending and the lights were turned off for the steam room about 20 minutes before the end. Basically I didn't not get the full time allocation of all the facilities based on what I paid for."

"This is a lovely place to relax, especially on a rainy day. The hydro circuit has everything needed for a very pleasant experience, the space is clean, and the staff is warm and polite. I also truly enjoyed my facial treatment — it was deeply relaxing, and my therapist was very skilled. I do have a couple of gentle suggestions that I believe could make the experience even better: • During my visit, the hydro circuit was quite lively, which made it a bit harder to fully unwind. An encouragement of silence or whispering could really help preserve the calm atmosphere the space is clearly designed to offer. • After such a soothing treatment, transitioning into a brightly lit space with product recommendations felt a little abrupt. Offering guests the option to opt in or out of product advice on the intake form might make this moment feel more aligned with the overall sense of relaxation, while still supporting the team’s expertise. Overall, this is a beautiful space with thoughtful services, and with a few small refinements, it could feel even more exceptional."

"I came to the spa today with minimal expectations, but from the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The reception was warm and welcoming, the spa area was lovely, and the ambiance was very tranquil. To top it all off, my masseuse, Jone, was absolutely amazing. She has such soft and delicate hands, and her skill made my experience truly enjoyable. Thank you again, Jone—I’ll definitely be back!"
