"Disappointing experience overall. The clinic lacks transparency, with no clearly displayed treatment menu or pricing. Prices also appear significantly higher than typical Marrakech market rates, including in comparison to other licensed dermatology practices. The check-in process was disorganized, and staff seemed inattentive. Inconsistent pricing was provided by different team members, only later clarified by a manager. Due to this lack of clarity, a refund was requested. There were also concerns regarding hygiene and professionalism. Basic protocols, such as handwashing prior to treatment and maintaining a closed treatment room, were not followed, which raised concerns about safety standards. Attempts to proceed with an alternative service were unsuccessful, as staff were unable to clearly explain the treatment or provide consistent pricing, and the interaction felt rushed. There was also a strong impression that pricing and communication practices may take advantage of foreign clients who are drawn in by the clinic’s presentation. Overall, the experience did not meet expected standards. Confirmation of the refund and receipt is still pending and they are not responding to calls or emails."
