"I went to this clinic for a Botox injection. The whole process was quite straightforward — maybe a bit too straightforward for my liking. First, I told the doctor what treatment I wanted, and the immediate response was just the price, which felt a little abrupt. The doctor then took two quick photos and told me to get ready right away. I’m not sure if consultations are usually this brief in Germany, but it did feel a bit rushed to me. When I asked about getting Botox in another area, again, the first thing I was told was just the price — no explanation or discussion beforehand. After the injection, there were also no aftercare instructions given, like what I should or shouldn’t do in the next few hours or days. Overall, while the procedure itself was fine, I expected a bit more communication and guidance throughout the experience."

"unfortunately only 2 stars, I will explain why. The first appointment I arrive and they ask for the Bulletin, I say I don't have it physically with me but I have it on my phone, ID/passport, everything I need, I don't have it and that's it, they tell me it's needed because the boss asks for it 🤷🏼‍♂️. My Appointment is canceled. The next day I have another Appointment, the same company, another place, also in Munich. Likewise, the bulletin, although it doesn't say on the website that it's not possible without it or that you are obliged to have it so that they don't cancel it. But I have the bulletin with me so I have the appointment. I get in and out in a maximum of 6 minutes, including the 4 stitches between the eyebrows. Price 100 e + VAT, that is 119 euros. Happy ending, by the way, the bulletin is asked for, I give it and it is used for a maximum of 3 seconds for a quick glance at it (that's what the boss wants). Everything is super, of course, the lady who did the 4 stitches is super nice and what I expected we should do and this and this and this etc., my answer is I just want this that's it, it's my first time and I want to see how and what happens. Here's the problem, it seems to me that 119 thrown out the window, in fact I could have pricked myself 4 times with needles and come out better, it looks much better. Finally, before I post the pictures, I want to say that 5 stars should be for the reception etc., all the staff super nice and attentive, but unfortunately I didn't go to a cocktail party but to do what I wanted to do to myself because I frown too much and I usually forget my glasses, I said I'll try. Unfortunately, it seems like money thrown away, especially since you can't see anything. I posted 3 pictures, one from 27 when I was there and waiting to get in, the second after 4 days and the last one today 05.06.2026 at 16.30 when I was leaving the gym. I'll leave it to you to decide, I did it for myself, money wasted, next time another company."
