"I was recommended Magic smile by some work colleagues who had new teeth, I spoke to a few different people, each person who's teeth i liked had all been to magic smile. I came out in August '25 initially, all the staff at the clinic and hotel were professional and kind. I came back out a week before Christmas, the 1st set of teeth were too big and i didn't feel confident, they were happy to make a new set for me which were much better. Thank you for all your help and kindness, I now have nice teeth and a confident smile 😃"

"Only put 1 star as i cant put zero stars. At first they treat you well but once the money is taken, it all changes. I have had to return 5 times due to poor quality bridges. The first set i had fitted they altered my bit and I couldn't eat or speak properly and subsequently they broke within 2 weeks. I had to take another week of work to go back and get a new set, they didn't fix the bite issue and just fitted the new set in exactly the same way. Again they all chipped and became sharp. No matter when I tried to arrange my booking they kept telling me the hotel was fully booked because they were only allocated a certain amount of rooms. This is a compete lie as magic smile.own the hotel Azzuu!! Whilst there getting more surgey on my 4th visit (mainly because I kept getting infections in the teeth the convinced me not to take out on my first surgery) i walked round to hotel Azzuu to try and book a room to be told by the receptionist that I had been Blacklisted from the hotel!! On my flight home from getting.my second surgery my temporary dentures snapped before the plane had even landed, ( I wasn't even eating with them) I have since had my third set of zirconium teeth(full arch top and bottom) the top ser have snapped in the middle and half has fell off the implants. The bottom set have also snapped and 2 thirds of the bridge are loose on the implants. Magic smile won't accept.any responsibility for their sub standard service and low quality zirconium bridges and expect me to pay again for a new set. Legal proceedings seem to be the only way forward now"

"I was recommended to magic smile by a friend and from the moment I contacted them, they we so forward welcoming and knowledgable but most important had my individual needs at the forefront of their questions and thorough answers to all I asked and especially with any concerns I may have had. My first visit was also my first to turkey and although I've travelled from arrival to departure the communication was second to none with transfers the cleanliness of the vehicles, the daily txt to confirm driver meeting and appointment times. One thing I'd add although your reguirments will differ is I paid a deposit for my return visit some 5 months later as if an individual was spending £2500 then the hotel Azuu was free ( keep that in mind) as my total treatment was going to exceed 5k ( makes sense eh ) and I'd recommend magic smile to anyone The staff and the expertise of the assistants and dentists I cannot fault Go there you'll end up very pleased Smiling xxx"

"My husband has just completed his treatment with Magic Smile, and he would highly recommend them to anyone considering dental work. He first visited in December 2025 to begin the initial preparation, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything was very well organised — someone collected us from the airport and took us to Azuu Hotel, which was excellent. Magic Smile has an outstanding team. "Absolutely fantastic service and price. Looked after from the moment we spoke at the open day in Liverpool. Collected from the airport and ferried to and from the hotel to the clinic, all the while communication was flowing via WhatsApp and we were kept fully up to date with all arrangements! In my honest opinion don’t waste time or money looking for other clinics Magic Smile are the best there is. Anyone who harbours any concerns about treatment, don’t! This area and this clinic are now the market leaders in dental treatment, as for follow up treatment in the UK, absolutely no trouble whatsoever, so don’t believe the rubbish published by the UK press! I would 1000% recommend Magic Smile to anyone considering dental treatment. Thank you all so very much. Graham."
