"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the significant delay in receiving my father’s medical examination and imaging reports from your center. My father, who is elderly, was examined by an eye surgeon who advised that he urgently needs surgery due to cataracts in both eyes. Since the surgery expenses will be fully covered by him personally, we decided to seek a second medical opinion before proceeding. The second doctor requested a copy of the imaging and test results previously conducted at your center. I contacted your office more than a week ago requesting that the reports be sent to us. I was informed that they would be sent shortly. After waiting several days without receiving anything, I called again and was once more assured that the reports would be sent. However, even after two additional days, we still did not receive them. Please note that all examinations and consultations were fully paid for by my father. These reports have been ready since October, yet despite repeated follow-ups, they were not sent to us. Due to the urgency of my father’s medical condition, I was forced to visit your center personally just to have the report printed, although it could have easily been sent electronically. This delay caused unnecessary stress and could have negatively affected my father’s urgent medical situation. We expected better service and professionalism, especially in a medical facility. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am very disappointed with the level of service provided. This will be my last visit to your center, and I would not recommend it to others"
