"MDH is not the same as before, when service was excellent. Now its service is very poor; the service turnaround time from ER to the nurses' station is very, very slow. Maybe understaffed. In the ER, we were taken to an area where there is no air-conditioning, which contributed to the discomfort of the patient. We were given a very old bed,it creaks every time you move, not to mention the footboard fell off twice. We requested a new bed but we were not listened to."

"Well if you're sick and you need to go to Emergency room. I guess it ok. The medical care was okay they just treated the symptoms not the cause of my medical issue. I left still sick bet stable. I am a retired medical professional and to treat the patient with more aggressive skills during and Emergency situations is very appropriate. Then came time for payment at first they would not give me my philhealth discount. I had to read the philhealth policy to them. Then when I asked if they applied my senior discount they said they did. But they lied to me. If I was feeling better, I would have noticed that they didn't apply the discount. Unfortunately I was took weak to notice. Next time I will avoid this facility unless it the last resort."

"For the corporate health services, the staff are really nice, helpful, and approachable. I just hope they will have an accurate system process or clear label for workers trying to apply for a medical certificate so that we will not waste time on every step. Also, I hope that the waiting time for the results would take a shorter time rather than seven days. For the Dental Clinic beside the CHS office, I hope that the hospital would provide more dentists so that more people will be catered instead of waiting too long. My queue number is 4 and waited for four hours because the dentists arrived late and there were over 20 people for oral procedures and check up. No offense to the dentist and staff because they were kind and understanding."

"This has been my family’s hospital for two decades or more. I cannot remember any negative encounter I’ve had with this hospital. My husband, my son and even I, myself have been rushed to the E.R. at least once. If I remember correctly, the staff we met have all been accommodating and compassionate. Both my husband and I underwent surgeries here before the pandemic and all went smoothly. Currently, I’m undergoing therapy for my shoulder due to Calcific Tendinitis. The Rehab Department staff have all been courteous, respectful and quick to assist. They even message to remind me of my doctor’s appointment one day ahead. One therapist stands out-Jerome V. His demeanor is almost one of a doctor. He patiently explains my conditions, currently unknown cause as to why I’m suffering such and the therapy I will be undergoing. Even the security guards are kind and quick on their feet to assist elderly patients, and those in wheelchairs. There are several restaurants within the hospital premises, which I really like because I don’t need to go far after my medical appointment."

"Had a referral check-up at Manila Doctors Hospital and was disappointed with the wait time. Arrived at 12noon for a 1pm appointment and didn't see the doctor until 4pm. The staff were courteous. The doctor was very professional, but seemed overloaded with patients - guess that was the reason for the long wait. Wouldn't recommend unless they improve their scheduling."
