"Very bad experience as a parent for my NICU baby. Never coming back again. I feel like doctors here just want you to be admitted for a very long time just to get your money. Very closed minded doctor (Fay). ,,l,, you for letting my son to starve without even suggesting anything, no formula, no pasturized milk, just breastmilk from my wife that can only produce 3ml every 3hours my son needs 30ml!!!. You let this happen for 1 week!!! He's a premature baby!!! ,,l,, for prioritizing latching even though my son needs more milk!! He's a premature, he needs enough milk. We don't need to comply to your strict closed minded rules!!! ,,l,, for holding us just for my wife's latching ineeficiencies!!! You don't even recommend pasturized!! ,,l,, for being he's doctor!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! You should know how to adjust depending on the circustances!!! You are exchanging my son's well being for your unbendable strict rules!! UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"Got a local surgery for Fibroadenoma there and had an excellent experience. All nurses and doctors are very friendly and professional. I would also like to commend Dr. Natalio Alabaña and Dr. Lester Uy for doing the surgery very well. The wound is only painful on day 1 and I didn't have to take another pain reliever on the next day. Job well done also on the stitches as I can't even see that there's wound on day 5. Big thank you for everyone that day. I'm grateful!"

"Atrocious hospital especially regarding its finance department. Don't ever bring your love one's here if you care for them and their peace of mind. Before they even process the guarantee letters from the government and reflect it on your statment of account they would require you to pay 70% of your bill no matter how much it is and if you can afford it or not. This heartless people in the finance dept can even put a lawyer on the phone that threatens you rather than negotiate like a proper and professional lawyer. I pity the doctors and nurses here that work hard to preserve the patients only for the finance to ruin this hospitals name for us."

"I was admitted here for surgery and I’m grateful for the care I received. The doctors and nurses were attentive and supportive throughout my stay. The staff made sure I was comfortable and explained things clearly, which helped me feel at ease. Thank you for taking good care of your patients."

"Had a referral check-up at Manila Doctors Hospital and was disappointed with the wait time. Arrived at 12noon for a 1pm appointment and didn't see the doctor until 4pm. The staff were courteous. The doctor was very professional, but seemed overloaded with patients - guess that was the reason for the long wait. Wouldn't recommend unless they improve their scheduling."
