Too much waiting time and just got answers like please wait, more than 2 hours wait is not ignorance as Manipal is for best service i heard but now i see the services after pay huge fee and pre booking as time shown availability, so much bad experience!"

"My mother got admitted in the hospital during an emergency situation of high BP and the experience was very bad. For the amount they charge, we are not treated as patients with love and care but rather as a business case and customers. Doctors will keep running tests slowly. They will do one test today and next test tomorrow. They will slow down the process and keep doing unnecessary tests. Funny thing is they will take you from the room to the radiology and leave the patient there on wheelchair or bed. The patient who is admitted will then wait along with OPD patients for their turn which can take upto 1 hour also. In between the staff will keep bringing their knowns to prioritise them. After the test is done, porter is called to take the patient back to the room and porter comes after 15-20 mins. The hospital runs short staffed. Porters and nurses are very less compared to patients so ratio is very poor. Also the nurses are not caring smiling lovely like they should be. Here nurses either dont care or are rude. They only care when their chief comes. And yeah, one more thing, they have chart in washroom saying washroom has to be cleaned thrice a day. But guess what cleaners only come early morning, clean the room and washroom at 6 am (waking everyone up) and then never bother to show up during the day. Its a hospital and nobody cares to come clean room again until the next day. And yeah, there lift algorithm is also very poor, you will keep waiting for lift especially in peak OPD hours. So yeah, service is really bad, short staffed and no care attitude of staff gives me a poor experience"
