"I had a very bad experience with this urologist. He is often late and almost never at the practice: I went for an appointment four times and he wasn't there or was busy with other things, like shopping. Sometimes the door was locked, or I had to wait an hour and a half, while it seemed as if he favored acquaintances and gave them priority. The doctor doesn't really listen: It was my initiative to request certain tests that then revealed a bacterial infection. He never took the initiative to treat me properly, but instead prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories incorrectly without resolving the problem. During the treatment, he stopped caring for me, no longer knew my medical history, and treated me like a new patient. After two more visits without improvement, I went to another doctor who corrected the treatment and resolved many issues. I learned that 90% of the previously prescribed medications were incorrect and that my problem had become chronic due to the lack of proper preventative care. Because of this superficial and unprofessional treatment, I experienced difficult times and depression. I definitely cannot recommend this doctor."

"I just waiting in front-desk to tell them I have a Termin(appointment) and a lady came after me but spoke with the person from reception in front of me and she took her. Very strange,usual should be an order not preference. === Here is my answer to your comment Dr. med. Aref ElSeweifi: the person asked to talk personal and I got kicked out. After the person left, I went to check and was another person to speak which does not make sense. The person from front-desk promised will speak with me after. I came often to your Praxis which makes me not a new patient and still you are writing "serve patience comfortably". So if you are in my shoes what will you do ? You mentioned again I should not visit any more the your Praxis. Now make sense! Definitely, I cannot recommend Praxis from Dr. med. Aref ElSeweifi ! ( I updated the rate from 3 stars to 1 star)"

"Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, when I got there on time I was still waiting 45 minutes later. A total disrespect for one’s time. I left and made an appointment at another urologist who shows more respect to one’s time."

"Excellent Praxis. Doctor is very competent and friendly. The staff is also well trained and super nice. Special regards to the nurse who made the catherisation for me, her skill precedes that, what I experienced in the hospital. She has the golden touch. And with my severe stress of this procedure, she can really help make me as relaxed as possible. I highly recommend!"

"I was referred for a minor surgical procedure and got a consultation appointment surprisingly fast — which gave me hope. That hope quickly evaporated when I showed up and was told my appointment wasn't "in the system." I ended up waiting almost two hours to be squeezed in. Once I finally got into the room, I understood why. Their entire scheduling system appears to be built around a ridiculous collection of Word documents with hand-made tables, clearly formatted for printing. Not Excel — Word. I literally saw the doctor managing folders full of .docx files manually moved between dozens of directories on a network drive. Still, I was told they'd schedule the surgery soon, so I figured: fine — let them live in the Stone Age of IT if they at least handle the medical side efficiently. Well, they didn’t. I was supposed to be informed of the surgery date by the middle of the following week. As of today, it's been over two full weeks past that point — and still nothing. Not even a missed call or a "sorry for the delay." Phone? Never answered. Email? Never replied. Occasionally, you're lucky enough to reach a voicemail that doesn’t tell you you’re calling outside office hours... and that’s as far as the interaction goes. In short: avoid. At this level of organization, you'd probably get a date faster (and with less frustration) at the most overbooked public hospitals like Charité — or honestly, by flying to, let's say, Tanzania. It might not be cheaper, but I bet it’s more streamlined."
