"The so-called service department was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. Their language was more typical of the lower classes. Clearly, the good times are over when it comes to staffing here. They refused an outpatient examination despite acute pain. Typical East German attitude. They haven't caught up with Western standards in terms of service. They're just living off their pre-war reputation. We can easily do without clinics like this. There are better ones nationwide. Not recommended. 6-"

"Charité is truly a special place. After our living donation/transplantation, we are being cared for and looked after on the urology ward. Quite simply, everyone here is incredibly dedicated to our well-being. Aside from the fact that the operation went perfectly, the care and attention couldn't be friendlier or more considerate. Nurses and doctors are available around the clock. You NEVER have to wait long for help after ringing the bell. The beds are comfortable... streaming, internet, and TV at your bedside, and the view over the city is pure luxury! This is a completely different hospital experience! We are incredibly grateful."
