"I had a diagnostic procedure at Matzpen three years ago. The diagnostics were "very serious"—an hour-long consultation with a neurologist, psychiatrist, and psychotherapist, then I had a complete blood count and an EEG of my brain. The consultations were mostly nonsensical. The whole thing cost about $5,000. Afterward, they prescribed treatment—staying in Tel Aviv for three months, coming twice a week for an hour-long therapy session and seeing a psychiatrist once. Antidepressants are also a must. It costs $15,000 a month. Basically, if you have a complicated case, they definitely won't help you there; everything is very basic. In my opinion, it's a complete money-grab."

"It's a shame they couldn't conduct a full diagnosis of my child's illness. The specialists kept asking the same questions, unfortunately paying virtually no attention to my child. The diagnosis, based on the results of "one" specialist, remains highly questionable. My only thanks go to the translator, Edith, and the ABA therapist (people who approached their work with compassion and understanding). A week has passed, and we still haven't seen the doctors' reports or the consultation. Why deceive people? If this isn't your specialty!!! It's very disappointing... we were hoping for a full diagnosis and recommendations, which aren't available!!! Parents should weigh the pros and cons before going there."
