"Very unprofessional and not so helpful staff with attitude problem. I had an appointment with Dr. Pallavi Garg in MAX hospital, saket, east block at 10:00 A.M. I got my billing done by 10:15 A.M. and I asked where is the doctor and the girl at the reception lied saying she is busy in some procedure and it will take about 30 mins to get here. But the fact was that they called her after I arrive there telling her that you have a patient so that she can leave from wherever she was actually (she wasn’t in the hospital when she had an appointment time starting from 10:00 am). I waited till 12:00 pm and she wasn’t there and the nursing staff there then said that she got stuck in traffic and you can either show your problem to us (who were not literally the authorised doctors so how can they even say this which is completely unethical and inappropriate) or either cancel the bill. If she was busy in some procedure then why she wasn’t in the hospital?? My 2 hours got wasted and those staff people had no remorse for it. I had to cancel the billing and left the hospital. There were so negative reviews about her behaviour and always getting late, I just wish I would have read them earlier. And the staff people they don’t care if your time is getting wasted or you are in any emergency. What if this was the case of some emergency ? Who would have taken responsibility for that? As per the staff was no gastrointestinal doctor available at the hospital at that time. And you are calling yourself a multi-speciality hospital?"

The doctors, nurses, and housekeeping staff maintained excellent hygiene, responded quickly whenever needed, and treated patients with kindness and respect. "A very nice modern sophisticated hospital having modern art of advancement technologies. The hospital is equipped with with Robotic technologies for robotic surgeries in different surgical operations. The doctors namely Dr Anand Kumar plays an important role in the growth of the hospital. The duties performed by Ms. Prema and Mr. Prabhakar, both Coordinors, working in the hospital are excellent and extraordinary in so far as help of patients are concerned. I performed my kidney transplant by performing robotic surgery under the overall command of Dr. ANAND kumar. The Doctor and both Coordintors help a lots for my successful operation.Now within one month from Surgery, I am fully recovered.
