"I had an extremely frustrating experience during my ultrasound and blood test appointment. I was made to wait for a long time without being given a token, despite the section not being crowded I was literally the only patient waiting. During this time, another patient arrived, was immediately given a token, and was called in ahead of me. When I asked about this, I was told that I needed to pay first, but there was no cashier available at the reception, and this was never communicated to me in advance. When I pointed out the inconsistency, I was told the other patient had paid at a different reception. This entire situation could have been easily avoided with basic communication. If I had simply been informed upfront that payment was required before receiving a token regardless of where I would have done so immediately. Poor coordination, lack of clarity, and unnecessary waiting made what should have been a routine medical visit stressful and disappointing. If zero stars were an option, I would select it"

"I was admitted to Medcare Alsafa hospital. Nurses (Aswathi.P, Blessy and Iman) at the ward were very pleased, helpful and professional. My doctor Dr.Biborka was amazing. She made my experience very comfortable and reassuring."

His Nurse saima she was very kind to me throughout the checkup and procedure process. Ai would like to thank Ms ashwairya the Technical person who did my ECHO test with full loyalty and integrity and she stayed for me to do my procedure even though her shift was over. Special thanks to Ms Yasmin the reception lady, she is amazing and very loyal to her work and she greets patients with good smiling face she is the best person to contact if you have any kind of queries related to appointment and procedure bookings.
