"We stayed at Medeor 24/7 Hospital for 3 days starting February 15, 2026, and I gave birth to my baby boy on February 16. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout this journey. During my pregnancy, I was supported by amazing doctors. Dr. Briji Panicker guided me through my 1st trimester, and Dr. Mai Mohammed Elsayed cared for me from the 2nd trimester until the final weeks. Both were professional, kind, and reassuring. My delivery was expertly handled by Dr. Eman Ibrahim, who made me feel safe and well-supported, and Dr. Suzanne Prasad and her team provided exceptional care during delivery. The nurses at Medeor were incredible always attentive, supportive, and kind. Special thanks to Nurse Subi for her care during delivery, and to Nurse Ancy and Nurse Flor for being so friendly, caring, and helpful during our stay in the rooms. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent food and cleaning services. I also want to thank Ms. Lídya for taking care of my baby during bath time and for always keeping our beddings fresh and clean. My newborn required UV light treatment, and we were very grateful to Dr. Muhammad Khalil Surani for personally coming to our room, checking on my baby, explaining the benefits of the treatment. The entire medical team and nurses were extremely attentive, patient, and reassuring throughout this stressful time. We also appreciate the thoughtful gifts we received, a stroller and some baby pads, which made us feel very welcomed and supported. I cannot thank the entire Medeor team enough for their care and support. I highly recommend Medeor 24/7 Hospital for maternity and newborn care. Ps. My treatment journey started with a diagnosing doctor who has more than 20 years of experience. I was prescribed medication and then moved to the second stage of physiotherapy for my back.
